How fast can you really deliver?
12 weeks for a standard custom VFFS. 16 weeks for complex multi-format builds. Most refurbishments delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. We'll commit to a fixed date in writing on the quote.
Can you match the throughput of an imported machine?
Yes. We build to the same throughputs as Bosch, Ishida, Ilapak and Statec Binder equivalents - at a fraction of the Rand cost.
What if my product is unusual?
Send us a 200g sample and a packaging spec. We do bench tests in our factory before quoting.
Do you handle electrical, controls and installation?
Yes - full turnkey. Mechanical, electrical, controls, installation, commissioning and operator training.
What about warranty?
12 months against faulty workmanship from despatch. Subject to scheduled servicing by a qualified technician. Money-back performance guarantee on all products if performance is not met (T&Cs apply).
Can you arrange finance?
We can arrange in-house finance and rent-to-own. Most customers arrange their own (Sasfin, Merchant West, WesBank) and we work with whichever provider you bring.
